Are you a mobile service?
Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup is a mobile service for all except in salon cuts/colours/chemical treatments. This means I will travel for hairstyling/makeup where I don’t use any basin facilities. Please note you may incur travel costs.
How much are your services?
This all depends on a lot of factors, specifically what exact service are you after? This question is best spoken one on one with Teighan so that an accurate estimation can be made.
Should I wash my hair before coming?
No its not necessary, your hair is actually better to colour when it’s not washed.
Where is your salon located and do you take walk ins?
Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup runs out of a private residential property. The salon is inside at the back of this property. Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup is for bookings only.
Can I bring pictures of what I would like?
Absolutely, hairdressing is about the visual as well as the science. A photo speaks a thousand words, this actually helps hairdressers and makeup artists know exactly what you mean when you explain something to them.
What forms of payment do you offer?
Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup offers a range of payments; Cash, Bank Transfer & Eftpos (1.9% surcharge)
FAQs — Brides
Do you travel and if so what is the cost?
Absolutely, travelling is a part of being a hair and makeup artist. Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup will travel anywhere in Victoria but not the CBD or surroundings. The travel charge will be $0.88c per km plus gst.
Do you do hair and makeup packages?
Yes absolutely. Having hair and makeup packages saves a lot of time and stress. Knowing you have that one person for everything instead of multiple does allow more time to think about other things.
What happens if you’re sick or an emergency happens on my wedding day?
Don’t panic! Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup understands that this is your absolute one of a kind day and therefore all of my brides will still get their hair and makeup done. Backup artists are constantly on standby and you will not need to do anything.
Do you travel for 1 person?
Absolutely, sometimes you only need 1 person completed for hair and/or makeup services. However travel fees may occur, depending location.
I have a larger bridal party, how do you work with this?
Fantastic! The more the merrier! Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup will work with you privately to determine this number. Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup organizes assistant/s which will help complete your bridal party on your special day. Therefore you only need to chat to Teighan instead of multiple other people regarding hair and makeup.
How do you go about organizing a trial and how much does it cost?
Teighan Lee Hair and Makeup understands that trials are absolutely necessary. Trials can be organized by private message. A trial costs the same as on your wedding day. Trials are ONLY completed in the salon (in Narre Warren South 3805). Trials in peak will need to be on a weekday and off peak have more flexibility for weekends.
